Every piano is personally selected and assessed by Toby Johnson, with each instrument chosen for its individual qualities and potential.  Each piano then undergoes a comprehensive 250-point inspection to ensure it meets the highest standards of performance and condition.  All instruments are tuned to concert pitch and have been lovingly, professionally repaired, serviced, refurbished, or fully restored by myself, depending on their individual requirements. This ensures that each piano is mechanically sound, musically responsive, and ready to be enjoyed from the moment it arrives in your home.

Careful attention is given to tone, touch, and overall condition, ensuring that each instrument offers excellent playability and long-term reliability.
