Tuning your piano is a bit like changing the oil in your car. 

 

Regular tuning keeps your piano sounding at its best.  A detailed tuning and a mindful tuner will ensure your piano is maintained at its desired pitch, which without regular tuning will naturally lower as the strings stretch with time

It is recommended that you have your piano tuned once a year to once every six months possibly more depending upon the age and use of the piano to help keep it sounding at its best and to maintain your pianos pitch, which will make the piano a joy to play and listen to.
